Default Menopause

I have been going through this now for about 9 years. I still get periods but they are different. I can`t wait until they stop completely. I only have hot flashes once in awhile but I do have the irritable days, lol. Everyone stays away from me on those days. It`s worse than PMS.

Yeah I wonder why having a menopause could make your mood bad. My friends aunt was throwing some tantrums and she can't understand her at all. Later on she heard that her aunt is on the menopausal stage so she don't want to cross their paths and kept on avoider her aunt.

Lilbit, how old were you when you first started going through menopause? I believe I am going through this now. It started this year (I'm 41, btw) I stopped having my period for a few months and then it started back up and now it's stopped again. I can't remember when I had my last period and believe me, it's a blessing!

The only problem is that I have noticed that I'm very easily annoyed and get so irritable at times.... I guess it's hormones again!

Yes I agree with you because when my aunt had her menopausal stage she was always irritable. But did you know that in Japan hot flashes is never been heard of meaning they don't experience such symptoms of menopausal and according to studies they have not been able to experience hot flashes is that because there diet is full of soy.

So basically menopause sounds about the same as having your period. Women can't seem to win at all when it comes to our bodies, nature, and all that. It's bad enough to have to experience all of this stuff when you're young, but when you're older, it's just torture.
