Smile get rid of the arthritis pain for life

All the women out here who are suffering from arthritis, there is something to make you feel better. I understand that feelings of isolation can be overwhelming and helplessness wherein depression and frustration set in. You feel that your problems seem to be never ending, but it may really not be that way.
Those who have knowledge or feel for the arthritis patients, give in your views or suggestions that u know, this is your chance to share and care!

take care.

I am only in my 30's but I already have arthritis. Well it's not a big problem yet, but I want to know if there is a natural cure to it. Am not the pill popping type and would not take medicine if I could tolerate the pain.

I am not even 30 but have arthritis in my hips and legs due to a car accident I was in a few years back. I recommend stretching, and an old remedy my grandmother passed on-fish oil. Fish oil is great for joints- drinking it may sound bad, but it does help. They do have fish oil capsule supplements now which helps.

I don't really have arthritis but I battle with sore knees. If it is cold, it gets worse. I'm going to try the fish oil. I saw the new capsules and will rather try that. Thanks for the tip.
