The shortage of vitamins and minerals causes the spring depression. I am completely agreeing that the training and food supplements are the perfect solution to this problem. But are there any other methods to lower the risk of the spring depression?

Being active and getting outside always helps cheer me up. Get that extra vitamin D (I think that's what the sun gives us)
