Not going to the restroom when you need to highly increases your risk of getting a urinary track infection. So, when you gotta go, don't hold it!

Well I'm surely can't hold it no matter how tight it is when I need to go I have to go. I don't wanna end up wetting my pants hahaha.

I've only done that once haha. I think I was in the 3rd grade or so. My friend tickled me on my birthday and I wet my pants. OMG soooo embarrassing!!! lol I'm the kind of person who FOREGETS I have to go to he bathroom haha. My grandma used to also get on me for it

There are situations that you need to hold it. I was on a bus going home once and it takes 1 hour ride. In the middle of the travel, I felt I'm going to pee, but there are no comfort room available. I need to hold on until I get home. lol

I think that it is absolutely unreasonable not going to the restroom when you need it. Such behaviour is very harmful.
Don't be caught by the strange and wrong ideas!

Ya, I think there are situations like this where it's fine, but we shouldn't do it when it's not necessary. I'll never forget this one time I was holding it for so long that I literally started to get all sweaty and felt like I was going to puke. I was waiting for my mom to pick me up from school and didn't want her to get mad at me. Never ever ever ever again!!! That was terrible
