Default Alzheimers

One of my biggest fears is to come down with Alzheimers. I can't even imagine what that would be like. I mean, having everyone around you saying you know them and you really don't remember would be weird. I wonder what those people think. Would you believe people? I'm not sure if I would..

Alzheimer is a state where some or most of our memory cells dies. If this happens, we will no longer recognize the people who we used to be with and even our names and age we forget.

We need to take vitamins that prevents memory loss. There is a product called MEMO Plus, which helps maintain and retain memory cells.

I witnessed an incident where an old person who was suffering from Alzheimer & felt quite sorry for him cause I knew what sophisticated life he had lived. Soon the sympathy turned into fear. I often indulge in playing Sudoku & other logical games for brain workout.
