I've always been curious what exactly happens when you're going through menopause. At what age does it usually happen to women? What do I have to look forward to? All I know is you get really b****y, and hot and cold flashes lol

I guess that depends on the person some got an early menopause during their 40's because they started getting periods earlier than others some at their 50's and so on. Well one things for sure you don't want to upset a girl who is in her menopausal stage. =)

My mom during her menopause stage experience mood swings, vaginal dryness and hot flashes. This is also the stage where you will no longer have monthly menstruation.

Menopause is the natural reaction of the woman's organism to the process of aging. I am absolutely sure that menopause is not a big problem for those women who are taking care of their own health.

That makes me feel a bit more comfortable about it. Thanks guys. I'm still not looking forward to it. I'm so glad I don't have to worry about it for a long time |

You are absolutely right that you don't have to worry about it for a long time. But it is much better to take care about your health as early as possible. Only the health way of life is the guaranty of the good health in the advanced age.
