I wonder if this is what I have.. to a point. When I'm in the sun, I sneeze like crazy, but I don't get the itchy skin. That's a very interesting allergy. Aren't there people who aren't able to go outside at all?

I sneeze if bright sunshine gets in my eyes, but it's not an allergy, as far as I know. My grandma was this way, too, so I guess I got it from her.

Yes, there are people who are allergic to sunlight, so they have to stay indoors during day time. There was a movie about two girls like that (don't remember the name of it).

"Popular urticaria," huh? Does this happen every time a person is bitten by a mosquito? I got bitten by a mosquito four years ago, and it seems like each time the seasons change, my arm--where I was bitten--gets very itchy. Sometimes I wake up early in the morning and scratch it until it turns hot and red.

We have so many mosquitos here that is can be difficult to not get bitten, but it is so hard to keep covered up all the time when it is so hot.

I have a friend who is allergic to animals - all of them, it seems, anything that has fur. It is sad, because he loves cats and dogs and would really want to have a pet. The doctor said that there is a treatment available, but it is long and expensive.

I was told that to avoid getting bitten, you have to wear light-colored clothing and long sleeves. Don't show any skin, so wear pants and long socks. Try to move around a lot; movement will keep mosquitoes from settling on your skin.
