Default Joint Pain

I have a lot of trouble with my joins. I have knee pain
(due to being over wight), my ankles are bad, and Ihave back problems. Alive really has been a help with pain management but I didn't want to have to take pills all the time. I did some reach and found that ginger root has a natural anti inflammatory in it. I got some and would grade it into things like morning tea, water and some foods through out the day. After about two days I noticed I didn't have to take so much Alive anymore. It not a cure but it may help.

Thanks for the info. I'm going to tell my father. He's always had random pains and it's really been upsetting him, because he's a very active person.

Glucosamine is something that is natural and is for the joints. It's a natural lubricant, so basically it keeps the joints from grinding together and over time you won't have to take any pain medication.

People who are very active and runners use this. Since running and jumping is hard on the knees, glucosamine helps keep the joints healthy and pain free.

I know you can get it in a pill form at pharmacies, and I think you can get it in liquid form too.

Ginger root sounds interesting. It would be easier for you to engage in different activities since you feel less or no pain in your joints right now. This would be good for my father in law. Do you make a tea everyday?

Yes. I love coffee and tea. I go for tea because with my stomach coffee isn't always the best choice. I grade ginger into smoothies and it really is an nice hint to but in most foods. You don't need any more then 1tsp.

For joint pains, I have heard that ginger is quite good... There is a product called Praan Pain Relief Plaster... Its supposed to be based on Chinese and Japanese Medicine... contains ginger and some other herbs too... Its quite effective for joint and muscular pains... One of my relatives used it and swears it is the best pain reliever he has used so far...
