Default How should a woman balance work & personal life

Hey all,

As a woman gets older, she faces lot of health complexities which may lead to mental depression. Her health is of utmost importance for her family and self as she has to balance her work too. Yoga, exercise are really important. What so you suggest to working women? awaiting your reply...

ya Anandita , i completely agree with you. she should find out time for herself to manage her health and also a workshop should help.

Have you or anybody you know ever attended any women;s workshop. I would like to know what do they teach and talk about at the workshop?
