Default Precaution in intake of sprouts.

Sprouts are best advised to take when they are in more than 1inch lengthy, if less than that, they are not advised to eat to prevent from gas formation or gastritis.

Actually how to take it? Any procedure to have it? I want to know the advantages of sprouts? Can anyone help me .............

Its quite simple really sprouts are healthy, fat free, filling and good for those who want to lose weight and use it as a lunch substitute.
