Default granola bars

Who loves eating granola bars? Some say that it's an ideal snack for people who are willing to lose weight. Would you be a bit skeptical about the granola bar's nutrition details? I think the food contains a lot of sugar and transfat because of the sweetness it gives.

I think the nutrient content of granola bars are dependent on the ingredients used in making them. The really healthy one's probably use sugar substitute like honey and pure butter (I don't know if pure butter is transfat free )

I love a good granola bar! If you're worried about sugar, just find something with low sugar, or you could just get plain granola and make your own granola bar by rolling it in peanut butter or something.

I really like granola bars. If you're not careful, you could wind up with a granola bar that has as much sugar as a pop tart or something. Be sure that you look at the nutritional facts.

I love eating granola bars and I don't really worry about the trans-fats or the sugar they contain. I don't eat them all day long and since pretty much everything that is not in the raw form contains some sort of fat or sugar, I am not about to stop intaking these foods. Trail mixes are great as most of the sugar they contain comes from the fruit in the bars and they are a great source for protein because of the nuts that are in them.

I love granola bars. They aren't the best for dieting unless you eat them in moderation as your sweet treat for the week. I usually read the nutritional facts on the box and then figure out how many points the granola bar is according to weight watchers.

I love granola bars, but like others have mentioned, only some of them are probably healthy and they have to be eaten in moderation. I love the ones with Chocolate Chips in them, I forget who they are made by. They are so good, but I seriously doubt that they are truly healthy.

The most healthy kinds of granola bars are the ones that are very plain, meaning no chocolate, no peanut butter, just granola. My mom won't even eat a granola bar unless it's covered in chocolate. I try to tell her how good they are for her.

I love granola bars! It's my favorite on-the-go snack specially when I know I'll be eating in the subway.
