Default Activia

Has anyone done the activia challenge? You are suppose to eat activia for 2 weeks and it helps the digestive system. I am not a fan of yogurt, so don't think I could eat it for 2 weeks straight.

Yes and it works. it definately makes you feel less bloated.

Infact, I have eaten an Activia yogurt every day for the last five months and the results have been great. They make you regular to the loo too.

Activia yogurt is very good and something suitable for those who feel bloated or have digestive problem. My friend used to eat it everyday and vouched that's its the best solution for digestion problems.

I love yogurt, but I've never thought of eating it everyday or even for two weeks straight. Does improving your digestive health make you feel light or make losing weight easier for you? I really want to give this a try one day.

I love yogurt, but I usually eat the Silhouette, as it has nice chunks of fruit inside and low fat. I tried the Activia for a week and got sick of the taste. It has a thicker texture that turns my stomach and frankly, if I wanted to feel less bloated, I would go for something else rather than eating yogurt. It's a definite no for me.
