Default Walnuts and peanuts and other nuts! :)

I have read that it is very good for women to eat some nuts, don't remember specifically for what reason, but I try to follow that advice. It is not hard for me because I like nuts, especially walnuts - they go great with a fresh apple. Do you eat nuts?

I love nuts, but I have to avoid them whenever I feel the aura of my migraine.
Nuts and migraines don't mix very well. LOL

I did not know that nuts can trigger migraines. I have occasional headaches, but they are not migraines, and I have never noticed nuts having any effect on that.

Most people like salted peanuts, but I also like them fresh - raw, with nothing added.

I do eat nuts, but only in moderation because they contain a lot of fat and calories. They still benefit to human health, according to the health article online, nuts can lower bad cholesterol and may prevent the risk of heart disease. If I have to choose which nut I would pick to eat, it would be cashews. I like eating them saltless and roasted.

I also love eating nuts especially almonds, walnuts and cashew nuts. It's really delicious and makes me feel full right away. I eat it whenever I'm watching tv or surfing the net. All the good nutrients it gives me are just a bonus!

Don't try to eat more nuts, because they have oil content in it and may increase the weight.
