I just read an article this weekend that said if you eat raisins and walk every day you will loose weight faster then not eating the raisins. There is something about the raisins and walking together that help with weight loss. Has anyone heard this before? I love raisins so thought I might as well give it a try. |

Raisins is one of the best high energy and low fats food. These raisin are also have huge boron content which is integral part of bones thus raisin becomes essential for women.

Yumm i so much love raisins, Ive always enjoyed eating them and they were given to me for breaks at school. I like them either on their own or in cakes and chocolate, although these two products are not healthy. They are a good snack to have if your hungry and also help in killing your graving for desserts or chocolate. |

Oh gee, i don't like raisins. But guess don't have problem with it because I'm dealing how to get extra fat because I've been dealing with my body because i have fast metabolism. |
