I think it's fiber, so wheat (if you can eat it) because fiber really helps to regulate your digestive system. Isn't fiber supposed to be good for the heart, too? Anyway, I don't think that there's just one thing that's good for the body since our bodies need so many things just so stay healthy.

True.. basically .. every body needs something different .. for their body.. any kind ..of vegetable is good as .as long as u r not allergic to it.

I guess fibers can also help in cleansing our body. I always prefer wheat when it comes to bread it's really healthy and also yummy. Also eating fruits can be a healthy alternative to get some vitamins needed by our body.

I try to eat more veggies lately. They're not too bad. Broccoli with cheese is my fav!!

of course, y not.. i know people who are allergic to mushrooms.. once u eat. you break out into those hives.. isn't that being allergic? just wondering.

Hi Meewk Mushroom is not a vegetable............ it's fungi I can't think of a vegetable that causes allergy |

It can also help in reducing the cholesterol level of the body which is very harmful for the proper functioning of the heart. A healthy diet will keep you active and reduce the toxin level in the body.
