Having sprouts in breakfast is a very healthy habbit, sprouts are very rich in nutritious value and proteins. It is also suggested by doctors to eye patients. I have a habit to having sprouts every morning, do you? |

Well I should say I am one of the few who can actually say they like sprouts, I like it with a squeeze of lime some salt and pepper and sometimes a grating of carrots |

I have never cooked sprouts, so I also would like to know how you make them. I have had them at restaurants, added in rice, and I liked it, but I have never had just sprouts.

| I can't say I have sprouts every morning, but i love growing my own, they are so tasty and good for you!!! I hadn't heard about them being good for my eyes, but good enough reason to keep eating them!!
