| Watermelon The lycopenes in watermelon give the fruit antioxidant properties. The white part of the fruit has minerals & can be grated & used in raitas & salads. The seeds are usually discarded but they are the most nutritious part of the fruit as they contain proteins, essential fatty acids & minerals. The seeds help in controlling raised blood pressure. |

I don't like drinking water, so watermelon really helps me out a lot. It's tasty. I know there's not much to it really, but I just can't get enough. I wanna buy one now |
