Green leafy vegetables if eaten for their nutritional reason then should be had uncooked.

Yes, I agree that it should be eaten uncooked to get the most of its vitamins and minerals.

Green leafy vegetables are very good for health and it contains vitamin K and vitamin is very necessary for health and also for body requirement. I would like to gather some more information on it. Kindly keep posting like this thank you.

Leafy green vegetables are great source of vitamins and proteins.Its very beneficial for body to include leafy vegetables in our diet.
