Sprouting
Sprouts are a vitamin industry:
The process increases the vitamins very significantly. All the vitamins present in pulses are doubled or even tripled. It is worth remarking, that vitamin B2 increases by 1,300 per cent, B6 increases by 500 per cent & folic acid by 600 per cent. Significant amounts of amount C is produced in the process which is otherwise absent in pulses and beans. Fourth-eight hours of sprouting produces Vitamin C in the following way-
Matki 75 mg
Mung 51 mg
Lobia 35 mg
Chana 18 mg

Sprouts are a very healthy food..

The only objection is that they are not really great on the taste buds..

I never had sprouts, (except in school when we used to plant them lol) until I started eating Pho with my bf. They're pretty tasty and they get really soft when in soup
