| Fruit salads All vegetables cannot be eaten raw, but ensure that whatever can be eaten raw, is eaten in this form. Instead of cooking carrots let all family members eat them raw after thoroughly cleaning and scraping the outer skin. Salads should form a part of every meal. Make a delicious salad of vegetables & sprouted pulses along with lemon juice and any seasonal fruit. |

I love salads. One thing my whole family love is home made coleslaw. I always mix it up and add different things to it such as apple or sunflower seeds.

LOL, I just mentioned homemade coleslaw in another thread - we love it too. Another salad I often make is a mix of lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, radish, and whatever other veggie I have. I can add some grated carrots in there, onion, green onion, etc. Then everyone picks their own dressing for it.

Nice I like salads but not all of them. I kinda hate some potato salads that my grandma used to make it's just not right for my tongue. But I love having caesar salad.

I enjoy a type of Indian traditional salad mix called 'Koshimbir' which has green onion, lettuce, and tomatoes, cucumber thinly sliced & mixed with curd.

I had salads myself, but lately, I've been thinking of some healthy concoctions that I can throw a bit of green into and call a salad. I'm thinking of adding ingredients like coconut, granola, feta cheese, maybe a little grilled tomatoes, and some yogurt.

Fruit salad is really good, as long as it's mad right. I can't get enough. I haven't had one for a really long time!

This wont be a healthy salad .. but i love fruit salad with ice-cream - that too 3-4 diffrnet flavorus .. with lot jelly on top.

Healthy salad you take salad of carrot,tomatoes,cabbage,cucumber,beat, this are the good and you also take a fruit salad is good and this are the best for a health you also take this way you be still healthy and best for a body.

Salads are actually a form of raw food and raw food is something that definitely helps in reducing the toxin levels in the body as well as body detoxification. I think healthy Salads best for our body.I like green salad like tomatoes,beat,cabbage and carrot.This vegetables good for our body.healthy Salads are raw material and eat any time whole day.

I like it mostly. I use it in my regular life. Its very tasty according to me. It helps me to keep update my body strength. Its good for health.
