What I've always loved about fruits is that you can easily get your sugar fix and get something that's good for you. No matter how strange or exotic a fruit may look, it'll still taste good, unlike with vegetables.

I think Fresh Fruits are complete in our body because we can get more vitamin in fresh fruits.It is complete food in our human body.All the fruits given different type of vitamins.
