Default Eat green

We want a healthy body, we want beautiful skin but what to do we do for it. Practically nothing! Gym and juices are not the only means to achieve a fit body and a healthy skin, what is also important is to eat lots of green vegetables. Vegetables give us all the vitamins and minerals required for our body. Make sure that you include at least three portions of green vegetables in you daily diet. You can have it in the form of salads or cook it to make your favorite dish but follow this blindly, eat fresh green vegetables everyday.

As Neetu mentioned, we all should have greens for our daily life as food just as a part of our routine life, as they are rich in oxygen which helps in catabolism of the fat, and helps to have good circulation to all our parts of our body to the minute capillaries too and in the oldage too.
Greens can be consumed fresh and directly as salads, juices, etc, if they are cooked more to have a good taste, the oxygen will be evapourated and what's the use of having greens?
Let's all try to have fresh greens.

oxygen gets evaporated if vegetables are cooked ???

the use of having greens raw or cooked is that they are loaded in many nutrients .. and for their fiber content .........not for oxygen which we needn't eat in , but can breathe in .

infact despite a slight loss of nutrients when cooked it might be better to have cooked vegetables so as to avoid ingesting pesticide ,fungicides, fertilisers and many other harmful chemicals that are soprayed on vegetables .... unless of course it's grown in your garden or comes with the tag organic

Really vegetables help in breaking down of fat ?

See, when vegetables are rich in proteins, vitamins, and all other nutrients in them, why they don't break up the fat? they certainly do their part, atleast partially if not completely.
Who doesn't know that greens contains nutrients and fiber in them, they are high fibrous as well as high protein diet.

I have no idea why they don't break down fat , i simply know they have no part to play in fat metabolism .

could you explain what part they play ? and also what do you mean by " oxygen evaporation " ?

Not all vegetables are high protein , in fact there are very few vegetables with a high protein content beans , spinach , legumes and a few others , but all of them have many nutrients and of course roughage

"Greens" itself indicate "oxygen containing plants" without oxygen there wont be green color in them, so when greens are over cooked, the oxygen content in them will go away through the vapour.
Not only enzymes, juices and secretions are involved in fat catabolism, there are also proteins, minerals, vitamins which help in fat catabolism with their different types of functions.

the green color most vegetables have is because of the pigment chlorophyll which plays a role in photosynthesis , not because vegetables are store houses of oxygen .what do you mean by" without oxygen there wont be green colour"?

oxygen content goes away through vapor when vegetables are cooked ?

Could you elaborate on how and which vegetables play a role in fat metabolism ?

How can i explain you, i'm not knowing, small, children also know that green colored pigmentation is due to the presence of chlorophyll in pigment in them, it's content is oxygen too.
