With the holidays just around the corner, I am looking for some healthy holiday dished to bring to some holiday parties. Does anyone have some yummy holiday favorites that aren't full of calories and fat?

I can't give you any specific recipes here as I don't really know what type of foods you like; however, if you visit Kraft Kitchens website, you will find delightful recipes that are cost effective and health conscious as well.

You want healthy food? Why not try this Grilled Apple Crisp. I think this is very healthy especially for the kids. http://bbq.about.com/od/fruitrecipes/r/bl91013a.htm

I usually focus on salads. Here is a good one for beet lovers: boil the whole beet root (or several), let them cool off, then peel and grate. Sprinkle some salt and garlic powder, use mayo as dressing. Done! |
