Default water

One of the purest things on earth is supposed to be water if not contaminated and it shows the same results on your skin when consumed in required quantity. models often follow water diet to have a fit body and glowing skin, it definitely doesn't mean that they don't eat anything, it's just that they drink a lot of water.

If your someone who is not in the habit of drinking water, try keeping a bottle near you, add some lime to the water if you want it flavoured!

Sometimes many people also mistake hunger for thirst, so if you do feel hungry, just drink a glass of water, as it may just be thirst!

This is the most useful tip i had read in a long time. Also one should drink plenty of water in the morning. This supposedly keeps your colon healthy.

I love drinking a glass of cold water, so it is not hard for me to keep my water intake at a good level. I know some people say they can't stand drinking water, and I just can't understand it. They must have different taste buds.

I drink at least 8 glasses a day. I love water. I carry a bottle of water with me all the time. In stores, walking, to ball games - everywhere. It is important to your skin and overall health.

I found that having or carrying a bottle around helps to remind me to have my daily water intake and also keep track of how much I have had. Even though I do like water, it is easy to get distracted and forget.

Indeed water has held upt o its being the universal solvent ever! However, drinking cold water has already had a negative following. So, if you must drink water, it should be best lukewarm or just tap, never cold!

Water is also good to combat afternoon fatigue which is often caused by dehydration.

Furthermore it can curb hunger pangs, or if you are on a diet you can drink a full glass of ice water before a meal and it will make you feel fuller with less food.

I know that it is important to drink water throughout the day to stay hydrated, but for the life of me, I just can't stand drinking it unless I mix it with some sort of a flavor.

Default Water

Water is the most essential thing in our life. Without food we can live , but without water we cannot live in this world. Now-a-days river water and other water source are polluted by the peoples. That should be avoided.

Every human has to consume 8 litres of water daily. If he do so he will be the healthy one.

In our home we are drinking properly boiled and filtered water. we don't prefer any water purifiers. when ever we go out we always carry water bottle with us.

I wonder why so many have this thought that water helps control hunger....

Let's ask emperor for a opinion

Water doesnot help in controling the hunger, its just for time being thats all. For only half hour etc.. If you really want to control your food like dieting etc.. Have food which has water content more, like tomato, watermellon etc.. if you just drink water it will thrown out in no time.

About cold water.
Yes very cold or so called chilled water is not good for health. As the cold will contract the cells which touch the water and you may get cramps. So better have tap water, if you want to have cold water then have it just below RT not very cold

Yes, water is a one of the essential things for our body to function. It's like a lubricant for our body. I heard that water can cure some cancer. Always have enough water or otherwise you'll have dehydration.

I am going to repeat McEnroe's famous line that he used all the time against the referees.

"You cannot be serious"

us.
I don't think it is 8 liters. That is toooooo much and might lead to
death of drinking too much water. (water poisoning)

I think you meant 8 glasses.

Medically a healthy male should drink around 5 lts of water every day but that 5 lts is for those persons who work on heavy exercises not for white collar jobs.

Max for software people and others who work by sitting inside a office and work, max 2 lts is enough for the whole day ( including lunch, dinner etc)

Well, actually one liter is not sufficient for us. Depending on the type of work someone does daily, she should take at least 2-3 liters a day. If she is suffering from cold, influenza, or skin problems, she should even take more, about 4 - 5 liters a day to get her body purified.

Water is very important to our bodies as a natural means of fighting infection. Water flushes out toxins and gets rid of germs. When I feel like I'm about to have a sore throat, it's usually because I haven't been drinking enough water. I also drink water to avoid getting a cold
