There are many times in life when we feel tired and exhausted. The reason for this can be work, daily routine, work outs or no work. So if you feel fatigued, exhausted and tired then you need to kick up your body's energy production and speed up your metabolism. I suggest you an effective way to energize your body and that can be done by drinking a lot of juices. Be it vegetable juice or fruit juice they help you to gain all the necessary vitamins and proteins required by your body. It is more advisable to have fresh, home-made juices as they have no preservatives and boost up energy levels in a healthy manner.

That's great; however, we must still limit our consumption because of the natural sugars found in especially in fruits. Juices are in fact energizing but the calories should be taken into account. Adding exercise into the equation would also be something to consider.

When I am tired and exhausted, usually water would do fine. But I tried juice also and it works very well. I feel better after drinking juice

| Maybe it's just me, but I find that water upsets my stomach. If I were to chug a ton of water vs juice, I wouldn't feel very good. However, juice is something I could drink all day and never get a tummy ache. It's weird
