Default Foods Rich In Vitamin B and D please

I just want to start a thread about any food you guys know that is rich in vitamin B and D. I wanted to start eating healthy and for a start I need foods that are rich in these two vitamins. One food that I know is great in vitamin B is actually Banana. Please help me accumulate many other foods with those vitamins.

Are you lacking Vitamin D and Vitamin B or are you just trying to take precauctions to make sure that you have a healthy and well-balanced diet? I understand if you're just trying to get healthy.

This is very helpful for me too. I think I should prepare this food everyday. Do you think too much vitamins are harmful to the body? I hope it is not. Anyway, I would be glad to hear more.

thank you for this wonderful information. I know a person who don't like to eat banana, at least she is still getting vitamin B from potato. I didn't know that, thanks to this thread.
