Pineapple is rich in phytochemical. This content is an anti-cancer, as medical definition. When we eat much food, we need to have a good digestive system. Pineapple is good for digestion. I've heard that pineapples have a lot of good vitamins like Vitamin C and Vitamin B1. There's also a lot of manganese. I'm not sure how that benefits the body, but I'm sure it does somehow.

Pineapple has always been good for the digestive because it is a good source of fiber. Do you think there is a required pineapple consumption in a day? Is it true that pineapple is quite acidic? |

I just looked up the pineapple on wikipedia. According to the site, pineapples have acted as a reliever for pain in some individuals, so that may or may not have the same effect on you. I never knew that.
