For good protein food I would suggest eating a small bowl of sprouts everyday.

Sprouts is a great source of protein. It is very healthy and nutritious as well. Another protein source is soy, be it as soy milk, tofu, tempeh, soy sprout and others.

I think nuts are a good idea, but you have to be careful. I hear that some nuts can have a lot of fat in them. I'm not sure which ones, though.

| Actually, all nuts are high in fat content. That's why it is always advised not to consume more than a handful per day.
