Default Exercise for cracking feet.

When you have time after your busy schedule, once a day, relax and try to do this exercise which helps in blood circulation to the peripheries and stimulates the nerve endings.
The procedure is very simple, that is, fold your legs under the buttocks, sit with your body completely balancing on your knee for atleast 5 minutes without interuption, and suddenly release your legs from under the buttocks and relax, this gives rapid flow of blood to feet increasing in circulation.
Repeat the process, every 5 min for half an hour a day.

Thank you you are information, Cracked heels are a very common foot problem. They are called heel fissures and are caused by dry skin. The thick skin or callus around the rim of the heel makes the problem worse, but with this simple treatment, this painful condition can be corrected quickly.

I am sorry but I really don't understand how this exercise gets rid of dry, cracking feet. I understand the exercise, but what part of it actually heals the dry skin?

Can't quite visualize this posture... are you kneeling down? do the feet touch
the ground? I don't think you can balance this way. Have you tried this
yourslf? Did it cure your cracked feet?
