During the whole day, your feet are seemingly the only part which are most adhered to the gravity. So for a treat, upron retiring at night, get yourself propped up near the wall and have your feet held up on to the wall for some minutes. This will lessen the pressure exerted on your feet the whole day and would relax the muscles off. Try it!

Never heard of doing that, but I'll have to try it. Seems like on really stressful days, my feet hurt worse!

Your wonderful tip coupled with an ice water soak for about 15 minutes work great together - I have been doing that for a while and it really is a treat for the tired feet!

| An iced water soak! sounds cold. I much prefer to soak my feet in some lovely aromathrapy oils for as long as possible after a busy day...with warm water!
