The one thing that I love to splurge on in the summer months is getting a pedicure. I always wear sandles so it is so important for my feet to look their best. I love picking out a cute summer color and getting a flower painted on my big toenail. Anyone up for a pedicure? |

I love to have my feet massaged but I have never had a pedicure. I think it having someone doing my toenails is just weird..LOL I don't know if I would be comfortable with it. I would worry that they would hurt my toes or something. How do you relax and let them cut your toenails? |

I always tell the attendant to be gentle with my big toe and not to cut deep. I hate to get ingrown nails. Other than that, I love getting a pedicure. |

It is very relaxing. You first soak your feet. Then while they are doing one foot, the other stays in the soak. They usually don't cut the toenails, but file them. I have had massages and hated it because I am not into strangers rubbing my body, but the pedicures are different. |

I would love to get a salon pedicure, but time seems to only allow me a quick home buffing and polish every now and then.. and my feet hate me for it I'm sure!!!!

I love pedicures especially when it is combined with a foot spa procedure. My feet are soaked in warm water to soften up the hard skin especially around the heel area, then after 20 minutes, a pedicurist/masseuse would scrub the heel part of my foot. I love that feeling of pampering my feet and give those hardworking soles some special treatment. The first time I underwent a pedicure session, I was nervous when the attendant started cutting my nails and cleaning the edges of it using a cuticle pusher. Later I got used to having pedicures every other Sunday and I often fall asleep everytime my feet are getting cleaned.

Soak your feet with Luke warm water with lemon juice for 15 minutes . Then clean with cotton and apply olive oil. Do this every week, you never go to parlor for pedicure.

My friend who sometimes goes with me has very ticklish feet so she has some difficulty. She is learning to relax and breath and enjoy them. She is actually quite entertaining to watch as she tries to sit still and not giggle. But it doesn't hurt, not a good pedi anyway. I'd get them quite often if the budget allowed. Instead they are a great treat for summer or before a big event. I highly recommend you try one .... soon! |

I always wear sandal too. I always have a pedicure every once in two weeks. I put moisturizer to my feet every night as my daily care.

Pedicure is the best way to keep your foot healthy. I love to do pedicure. Pedicure helps to relax your feet, relieve pain from your feet and so on. Take daily care for your foot by applying moisturizing cream.

I always feel like I'm being "waited on" when I'm getting a pedicure. They try to do anything in their power to make it a comfortable and pleasant experience for you. (So you'll want to come back!) I've never met more agreeable and complimentary people than those in nail salons and spas.

I take good care of my feet as well as hands. Pedicure is somethin which i get it done regularly. If you wanna try it home its very simple. Remove existing nail polish with cotton dipped in acetone. Cotton band is better than cotton balls as they tend to stick to the nail. Soak your feet in luke-warm water with liquid soap and Hydrogen peroxide. You can also add Epsom salts or bath salts to the water. Soak for 10 minutes , Clean your feet with the nailbrush, foot scraper and pumice stone. The idea is to smoothen the skin. Remove your feet from the basin. Cut your toenail straight across which helps prevent ingrown toenails. After cutting your toenails, file them to make the edges smooth. To the base of the skin, apply cuticle remove and rub in. Slowly push the skin back with an orange stick to the place where it meets the skin. You can use a cuticle moisturizer if the cuticles do not push back. Massage your feet with a moisturizing lotion. You can also use an exfoliating lotion if your skin is too dry. You can also massage your feet with a good cream. Separate your toes with cotton in between them, Apply the first coat of nail polish and allow it to dry for some time. Clean up any stray polish on the toes and apply the second coat and allow it to dry. Add a clear coat of polish once dried. Your feet are now ready to add charm to your beauty. |
