Wash feet everyday & make sure to dry them thoroughly. Make sure to inspect your feet daily. Especially dry the foot between the toes. Any signs such as redness, cuts, cracks, swelling should be reported to your healthcare provider immediately.

A weekly foot scrub is very helpful in maintaining a clean feet. It removes dead skin, calluses and keep your feet soft and beautiful.

I think soaking them is very important so they don't dry out, and you don't get hard skin

I moisturize my legs completely & whenever possible wear soaks before going out to prevent it from getting sticky & dirty. This helps in keeping legs well moisturized. Make sure not to be wearing soaks for more than 2 hrs or simply dry feet for some time in between. (With following basic foot care like washing regularly, clean soaks, etc)

I agree with the original poster on this. Poor foot care is second only to poor mouth care in causing or making health problems worse. Poorly cared for feet are unsightly but more importantly they may be a detrement to your health.
