Smile Soft hands...

Warm a cup of milk for thirty seconds until warm which is comfortable to the touch. Soak your hands for fivr minutes to strengthen nails & hydrate your skin.

Does the fat content of the milk make a difference? Is it more or less beneficial to the skin? I know this may sound strange, but would old (or recently expired milk) be okay to use?

I am just wondering if it should be skim milk? soy milk? 1% milk? Or does the type of milk even make a difference?

hi swapnil...nice tip.....i too have one so thot of sharing it wid others....

Before going to bed, take some oil (just a couple of tablespoons) and mix with white sugar to get a well-blended mixture. (Make sure not to make too much, all you need is 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture). Take a bit of it and rub it all over your hands. The sugar grains should feel rough against your skin, but this is good as it helps to lift off dead skin cells and rivitalize the skin beneath.

Rub this mixture over your hands and then take a pair of old socks (clean ones) and put your hands in the socks (to act as gloves) and then go to sleep. In the morning take the socks off and wash your hands with lukewarm water. Your hands should feel much softer and smoother.

And you can toss the socks in the wash

I always take proper care of my hands. Our hands generally looses their moisture if washed constantly with ordinary hand wash. So I use Himani BOROPLUS Handwash which not only cleanses my hands deeply but also moisturize them making soft and sensuous.

You can take fresh or raw milk to soak the hand. Also you can take lemon juice in some water and dip your hands for 10 to 15 minutes..
