Smile Hand care

The skin of the hand is so thin so we have to take special care of hands also. Pamper your hands with your hand lotion or oil which nourishes the skin. Get accustomed to using rubber gloves whenever you do housework.

I am not good about wearing rubber gloves... They seem uncomfortable, and I feel like I'll do my house chores much quicker, and more effectively, without them. I only put on gloves when I do gardening.

Maybe it's because I'm 20, but my hands are and always have been very soft, no matter what I do. Then again, I don't do much with my hands.. I've never gardened or anything like that. The only reason I wear gloves lately is to help out with my grandma, because I don't want to get her sick since she has cancer.

Most of the time, I completely forget to wear gloves, especially so when there's housework to be done. It seems like the only time that I'm likely to remember to wear them is when it's winter.
