Default pedicure

there is very simple way of keeping your hand and foot beautiful and soft, just before sleeping every night, dip your foot and hands in luke warm water for 5-7 min. and after that apply some good foot and hand cream. this regular practice is much easier and less expensive than pedicure.

yeah i agree with you bammer. you can do both beauty and healing effects. so nice! you arre just like in the beach. you can also rub apricot foot scrub 1 or 2 a week for a better result.

My problem is I don't take the time to soak my feet at night. I think that I might start treating myself. This will save me on having a pedicure every month.

The other thing that I've found helpful for my feet is after the cream to wear a pair of socks to bed. This helps keep in the moisture from your soak. I had a roommate once whose hands were so dry that she wore gloves to bed after applying hand cream.

That's really simple yet seems so effective. I'm glad you shared it here. I think this is just what I need.
