Is anybody got an idea on how to stop my foot sweating off. It's really disappointing for me.

| Do you wear shoes a lot? Or are you stressed out? Try soaking your feet for a while.

If you can't stop the sweating, try putting backing soda in your shoes after you wear them. It will help with the smell. Also, if you can put baby power in the shoes before you put them on, it will help to keep the feet dryer.

I found the following tips on the internet. I am not familiar with them all; however, I know that baking soda and baby powder work very effectively. My friend has the same issue and that's what she uses. A tea bath may be an effective remedy. You can make this up by boiling a couple of tea bags in a pint of water for 15 minutess Leave your feet in the tea bath for around half an hour every dayy Another effective bath is made up by mixing one part vinegar with two parts water Mix two tablespoons of Epsom salts in one quart of water and soak your feet as above Once you've worn a particular pair of shoes, give them a day or so out in the sun to dry outt Dust your feet off with baking soda or talcum powder with anti bacterial additives. |

Excess sweat can sometimes have a lot to do with your diet. Cheese can increase the amount of sweat you secrete, as well as the intensity of the smell. Try some of the home remedies as sugested here, then maybe visit the doctor if you don't see an improvement. |
