One hour before washing your hair, apply sour yogurt to your hair, it helps in clearing the hair from dandruff and also acts as a conditioning agent. I tried this personally, i'm dandruff free and tangles free.

Very serious problem to the teenagers is dandruff. Try to apply curd and remain it 15 minutes before taking hair wash. Do this every week and you get relieved from dandruff.

I think I do not get much dandruffs on my head but when I do, I just use anti dandruff shampoo and it works for me. Haven't tried curd. I am suggesting this to my friend. Thanks

How many days did it take you until the dandruff is gone? It's quite hard to deal with this kind of problem because it keeps on returning. It's good to know that there are available solutions.
