Default Know your hair

It is very common that many of us do not even know the type of our skin and hair. And we start using products that are advertised to take us to the fantasy land where magic happens. Tell me how many of us even know the importance of hair conditioning. Even though there are different home made remedies for our skin and hair but we would still prefer wasting money on those good for nothing products available in the market. It is true that the different home care remedies may be tedious, but they can really get you good results. For example there can be many reasons for hair fall like dandruff or bad hair care or being out in the sun for a long time. And if we sit and think about it we can come across many hair care remedies at home to take of these problems. Now getting the hair coloured may cost you a fortune but there are natural and herbal hair care colour products available in the market that are not harmful at all for your hair. Yes but you need to be careful in reading the tips while colouring your hair at home. We also get confused with different hair styles that we see around us and blindly get it done without even bothering it would suit us or not. You can go through the site on how to choose a hair style that would suit the shape of your face. Do a little analysis before you jump into anything.

I agree, it is very important to know your hair type, and it takes some time to learn it. Teenage girls tend to copy hairtstyles they like without thinking whether their own hair will cooperate with the particular style. The same hairdo will look totally different on thick and fine hair.

Some girls are using hairdye for fasion. They were not aware of the side effects. So, check and use the hairdye for your good and long hair.

Default Know your hair

hi,
this information may be of use to you:
Your hair often reflects the health condition of your body. Hair looks healthy and shiny if the body is well-nourished and the lack of certain nutrients in your diet can lead to hair shedding, thinning of hair, dry hair, dull hair and unhealthy hair.

In short, what you eat plays a vital role in hair health. The hair problems that are caused due to nutritional deficiencies can be managed by following a proper diet that includes protein, essential fatty acids, vitamin A, certain B vitamins, biotin, vitamin C, copper, iron, zinc and water....

You are right, its not some girls, its many girls actually. But they tend to get used to frequent coloring of hair, so they never care about the product. But it is important to analyze a wide range of product and select the best one based on the chemical contents, its action on hair etc.
