Do you prefer long hair or short hair and why?
Well I prefer long hair, I think they enhances the beauty of a woman. But at the same time long hair have some disadvantage, like cleaning them and keeping them in shape is a difficult task.

I like the look of nicely styled long(er) hair, I agree that it is very attractive on ladies, it enhances their overall beauty. It is hard work though to take care of long hair. A shorter hairtstyle take maintenance as well, you have to trim it more often. When a woman finds a short hairdo that suites her face well, it also looks very nice.

I like short hair because it is much easier to style and maintain, especially if I have a busy day coming up - I don't want to have to spend more than a couple of minutes in front of the mirror...

I like short hair. So, I cut my hair every month. Daily I use clips for my hair style. Because it is very easier to maintain for me even in busy time.

I used to maintain my curly hair in longer style when I was younger. Then I had it cut short, too short, so that I won't have to bother with the daily combing and styling. It is also easier to color the greying short hair. Now, I want to grow it back into long silver, curly tresses.

yes i agree with you ladybird. I prefer long hair too, because you can make any style for your hair but it is harder to manage than short hair. I have long hair now and i like it.

I prefer to have shorter hair because the unruly curls don't come out when it is short. Easier and cheaper to manage too.

I have a long wavy hair that reaches down to the middle of my back. I admit that it is hard to manage since I have to tie it up while taking a body bath. Yes, I do body bath first before washing my hair with shampoo and conditioner.

i think it will vary from person to person, I like longer hair on myself, however I find really really long hair offputting (as in hair past the bum) short hair can suit some ladies to a t, and other not so much, i think style and care and also important factors as to whether long or short suits a person better.

I don't look good on short hair, that's why i let them grow and grow until they reaches my waist level. Yes Its true so hard to maintain because you really have to spend most of the time combing and shampoo with conditioner on it just to stay it healthy.

I like short hair only because it is very easy to maintain and it takes less time to get ready....It saves my time....Even i can leave my hair loose so that it looks good..

I always like short hair because i have no time to maintain long hair. Short hair is easy to maintain and clean. In short hair we can try many hair styles based on your hair.

One of my favorite hairstyles when I was younger was really short hair, almost like a crew cut. I loved the way the top of my head felt a Persian carpet when I ran my hand across it. But that hairdo was suitable for a younger person and it also necessitated frequent visits to the hairstylist.

These days I prefer the convenience of long hair. I don't have to fuss with my hair because I can just tie it back in a ponytail or a bun. No fuss. Sometimes I may braid it. But it's quick and simple. I don't need to blow dry it or anything else. Plus I don't need a super cutter or a fancy hair stylist; just a regular hair cutter will do the trick for me whenever I need a hair cut. Saves me a lot of money.

I prefer to have a long hair because it's very girly especially if it's shiny like the one we see in shampoo comercials. I can also try different styles like ponytail, curl, fly away style and so on...

its always east to maintain short hair...coz less tangles n easy to set but i have a long hair but have cut it short because of the time factor if one is okk to mantain long hair...den go with it...coz long locks look beautiful...

Well that depends on peoples faces I found some here who just had their hairs cutted short makes them look more matured. I prefer long hair if it's winter but definitely short hair during summer.

length of hair is always been a difficult thing to maintain. But it looks good when girls have a long hair. I like girls with long hair. They look more pretty and beautiful in long hair, even though its tough to maintain, i like long hair.. and i prefer that.

I like hair that's just past your shoulders. Growing up, my mom didn't let me cut my hair even though I BEGGED her until I was 10. Actually, the first time I just went in and had it done because she was bugging me. I think that's probably why I don't like long hair much. Literally, she would not even let me trim it.. it was just about to my KNEES!! I remember it used to get all tangled and it was just gross and always got in the way..

Both long hair and short hair have to be maintained and these take lot of effort. Long hair has to be maintained so that it never breaks, not much exposed to sunlight.. it has to be combed often etc...

short hairs has to be trimmed or cut very often to maintain the height..

It depends on the person's looks, some people look good in long hair, they can have long hair and some people look great in stylish short hair... they can stay with short hair..

I prefer long hair. I have been having this long hair since I entered elementary. I think long hair looks better for me. I had it cut short before but I looked like a tomboy

For a wavy hair like me long hair much better. Before, since I really want to try what's my look is with short hair, I tried to have it and makes me promise not to try it even once more. I only got criticism along that period of time, which really makes me a little upset. Anyway that was a couple of years ago.
