Do they have sun-in where you live? It isn't that expensive, but it also isn't natural.

It comes in a spray bottle. You just spray your wet hair and then sit in the sun. It helps lighten your hair.

My hair lightens by itself every summer because I am outside all the time. Just the sun does it.

You can buy DIY hair strippers, it's like hair colour only it strips your hair, use this and then out in the colour you want, maybe getting it professionally done for the 1st time might be more advisable.

Thumbs up Dark hair is a hassle - choices limited

I don't know of any magic product but I will be watching the thread to see if anyone has a wonder solution.

I have dark hair too and you don't have as many options as light to mid brown hair.

You could go to the salon and have highlights or foils put in - they look pretty natural and not as dramatic.

Good luck

If you want to do it naturally, you just have to get out in the sun. Wet your hair and sit in the sun. I just spoke with my hairdresser about this and that was her advice.

Well I have used lemon and sat in the sun and it worked for me fine, I dont know what the reason may be that it didn't work for you anna???

Try it again, as this is the best natural method to lighten hair.

The sun advice works for me too. My hair naturally black but because of the sun's harmful rays (lol), it turns brown on its own. Why don't you try buying shampoos that have brown tint on it? It might work.
