Ive been taking "Hair, skin and nails" Vitamins for about the past 4 months to make my hair grow faster. I haven't really seen any improvement and i was just wondering if anyone else has tried this approach to grow longer hair?? Has it worked? What would you suggest that i do to make my hair grow faster?

Try Kelp, I used this to try and thicken my hair but all it did was make it grow really fast, all health shops sell it, it is really good.

I don't know what will make your hair grow.... I've heard that gelatin (the capsuls), biotin, omega 3's and b vitamins are all good for hair growth. Hair feeds off of protein... so try these things... but I think that hair loss is genetic... so you may just have to deal with it!

My mom always told me that massaging your scalp makes your hair grow faster, because it helps the blood circulation in that area. I've never tried it, but I'm pretty sure it works because I've heard a few people talk about it

Those hair, nails and skin suppliments you are taking are just to improve the strength of your hair. I don't think they are intended to increaase the rate of hair growth.
