Default I used to have thick hair but now its SOO THIN?

i straighten my hair everyday because it would look horrible if i didn't, since my hair is so thin now. Every time i touch my hair, hair would i fall out. I am so angry about it and my mum said its because my hair a too layered which makes it thin. I used to have really thick hair and i want it back, any ideas?

Straightening your hair every day will weaken it and break it, try to ease off on the hair straighteners for a while and if you can let it dry naturally. a good hair cut to bring it back to it's original health and then work from there.

I think you abused your hair too much. There are some products that could help you have your thick again. Just enjoy your hair whether it is naturally curly or straight. Have you been stressed lately? It might be a cause why your hair falls.

Have you tried Aloe Vera? They say that it helps to thicken our hair. You have to relax because stress might be a cause why your hair falls. You should not use shampoo everyday.

Hair fall maybe have lot of factors to consider; are you using much or don't fit the shampoo your using, strong chemicals like hair dye, sun exposure and stress. Healthy foods may help you too.

Straitening hair everyday will really make your hair thin. So if you want to save your hair stop doing the wrong thing.
