I am currently using the Dove Hair Fall Therapy Conditioner but my hair still feels rough and lifeless. I was wondering if I was using it the wrong way...

There is nothing mentioned on the product itself. Can someone tell me how long should I leave the conditioner on my hair before I wash it away?

couple of minutes should be more than enough.

You can apply Conditioner on Your wet Hair After wash Your Hair With shampoo.then after You can apply Conditioner then leave it for 2-3 minute on your hair now Wash it Out with Clod water.

I usually shampoo, then condition, the leave the conditioner on whilst washing my body or shaving, then rinse it off... But if its still rough, use a treatment conditioner for your hair.

Applying conditioner onto my hair i usually do this kind of method to look my hair soft and shiny:

1.before applying conditioner squeeze out excess water from your hair,
2.place a quarter sized amount onto your palm
3.rub your hand through your hair from root to tip
leave it for 2-3 minutes
4.rinse out by warm water.
5.lastly run it with cool water by 20 seconds.

Don't keep hair conditioner on hair more than 10 minutes.

I like Nadia's tip, will try it out to see if there is a difference.

Regarding the time you should leave the conditioner in your hair, I would say no more than 4mins.
