Unhappy hairstyle after gym?

I have thin, frizzy hair. I go to the gym evryday. Till now, I wash my hair every alternate day after going to the gym. But, on the days I dont wash m hair, I see it falling and going in all weird directions. Is it okay to wash my hair every day. I am scared to spoil it more. I use dove shampoo for frizzy, dry hair and loreal conditioner for dry, frizzy hair. Please help!!!!

Well you should not wash your hair everyday, its not supposed to be good!

How about using something like frizz ease after you have washed your hair, which generally helps. You would only need to use a small amount because you dont want your hair looking greasy.

Even straightening your hair is an option, which doesn't make it look frizzy at all.

Try using a moisturizing shampoo which helps dry hair.

Another suggestion I can give is try to oil your hair before washing it, its a common procedure many people follow in India. Oiling the hair will make it stronger, which would mean less hair fall and also nourish it.

Make sure you leave oil in the hair for at least half an hour before washing it.
