Default Help!

I need help with my hair. My hair is limp and lifeless. It is called flyaway hair. I want some ideas to thicken it if possible.
What sort of hair style should I adopt to make it look thicker and make it stay in one place(without flying away so easily)?

My hair is currently long..below shoulder. I prefer to keep my hair long. What can I do?

Have you tried using a volumnizer in your hair? I have thin hair also. When I want it to seem thicker and more managable, I will use AMP Volumnizer. Just spray it on before blow drying.

Well, I have tried volumizing shampoo and still am using it. Never heard of AMP Volumnizer though...

I have to buy it from the hairstylist. It isn't cheap, but it really works. Just make sure to spray it on the underneath on the roots of hair.

ductive to look at your diet and add a few vitamin supplements before getting too many products.

The more often you have someone else work with your hair, the more hair you lose because they cannot feel every tug, pulls or break the way you can.

We tend to be gentler with our hair than our beautician have the time for!

Oh, yes. I agree with you. My hair has been tugged and pulled a number of times. I go ahhhhhh at the slightest pull these days to let the person know that it is painful and needs to be careful.

With regards to diet, I am a vegetarian for he past two months or so. I take Vit. B complex, Calcium & Vit. D and Vit. C

Life less hair are much prone to hair fall and hair damage easily, they may be due to dryness or due to pollution also, best way is to use some oils, use herbal oils with coconut oil base. To make your hair grow long, try to cut your hair tips a little frequently.

You may want to try using a little mousse when you are styling it to hold the hair in place and give the hair more body. I think it can be relatively inexpensive.

I would go to the nearest salon and check out all the shampoos and conditioners they have. I'm sure they'll have one that could help you out. I use one myself that's meant to straighten your hair, because mine tends to be really frizzy. It has helped me a lot. The brand is Sunsilk
