I find facial hair on a guy to be a total turn off. I'm not really sure why. I guess it just makes em look old and it's rough against my skin. As time goes on, I'm starting to find it tolerable. What do you think? Would you prefer your guy to have facial hair, or not to?

I prefer the clean-shaven look, too. I wouldn't mind if my husband tried to grow a mustashe, I have seen photos of him when he had it (before we met), and it looks nice on him. I would not go for a beard though!

Haha ya.. beards just make people look really old in my opinion and kind of dirty I guess. I always think of a homeless person.. not to sound mean..

Well I feel men should have some facial hair; properly looked after. Of course not like the homeless person or those terrorists shown on TV. :P Something like well trimmed Goatee; remember Capt. Jack sparrow?

I think the preference or aversion to facial hair is dictated to a great deal by the cultural upbringing . I come from a culture which firmly believesthat facial hair or anyother body hair denotes physical as well as mental strength.

After all it is increased testosterone levels that control hairiness

I guess it all depends on the person. For some men, facial hair looks fine, but on others, it looks plain strange. I would just hate to see someone with facial hair that looks terrible thinking that they looked good.

I never liked facial hair on a guy until I met my current bf.. he looks really cute with it. I can't imagine him without it. Plus, his looks very clean so it's nice. I don't like when guys don't keep up with it.
