-Never wash your hair with very hot or very cold water. -Learn to relax. Hair loss can happen because of stress. Eat foods that are rich in vitamin B, C and E. -Add iron and minerals in the natural form in your diet. -If your hair is oily, cut down on fried food and fat. Drink plenty of water. |

I find it so strange that you can lose your hair due to stress. Another thing that can happen is, you can get gray hairs. When I was in my early teens, I was really stressed and had quite a few gray hairs at the time. It was so weird. Now, they're all gone.

Hair loss attributed to stress is still in discussion and has not been proven to be a fact thus far. Although lack of certain vitamins and proteins is said to be the principal cause of it - once again, having a healthy diet contributes to having a healthy body.

I always have hair loss when I'm not even that stressed. I guess that only happens when I use that hairfall resist shampoo that gives a bad effect to my hair. >.<

It's one of the reason to fall hairs of humans. It should be aware of us don't use soap in our head. For this our skull get rude and cause fallen of hairs. Last edited by Arefin; 01-21-2010 at 01:08 AM. |

That's good step to care our hair. Just share my experience for hair fall I use Aloe vera. put it on your head. and wash after 30 minutes

I started having gray hair since 19 yrs of age. I have to keep on dyeing it lightly. Stress related to studies was main reason for my gray hair.

I guess so having gray hairs at such early age is really something serious. Good thing I didn't have any gray hairs yet. Only the hair fall is my problem, I can feel like I could be bald in no time. >.<
