Smile Proper care

Hair care
Wash a hair maximum thrice throughout the week. They should get properly comb everyday. From ancient days there is use of shikekai, ritha, etc. are used for washing the hairs. Due to that after washing hair becomes silky and free from dust and dirt.

wow that is great!
but is shikekai and ritha still out nowadays or available in the market?
what are the other term or name of such/
for an option you may also use coconut milk, apply unto hair and scalp, massage gently, let stand about 20 minutes and rinse thoroughly. and instantly you will get the silky and smooth hair without spending dime in the expensive salons

It's so hard to keep dust and dirt out of our hair. Even after we wash our hair and step out of the shower, our hair (and skin) is immediately exposed to the dust and dirt floating in the air. How do you prevent your all the junk in the air from being attracted to your hair?

Yeah dust is everywhere and we can't see them touching our hair literally. Washing is the only option I can see to clear the hair and scalp from it. Also brushing hair can help if the comb you use is still clean after you brushed your hair then you are sure that it is clean but if not you need to wash it.

I think you should do a thorough check of your air filters and make sure that you have clean air. I know that you can't keep all the dirt out of the air, but you can at least keep the air clean in your home.

That's a great tip. When you wash your hair too often, it gets rid of the natural oils that are very important to keeping it healthy. I find it really fascinating, because hair's dead, so you'd think it wouldn't matter but it really does. My hair is really nice looking since I've been washing it less. Three times a week sounds about right. My little sister does hers once or twice a day and you can tell because it's not as shiny and healthy looking.
