I know that graying hair can come as a surprise, but there are some people who do tend to get gray hair a bit early. Sometimes, gray hair can be caused by stress. Has there been anything in your life that's been causing you to worry?

I don't think there is any remedy that can stop or reverse the hair graying process, sorry... Except for coloring, there is not much you can do. Once the hair starts going gray, it's going gray.

I noticed a few strands of grey appearing when I was just 29 years old, and yes I was very stressed.

I have to tell you that there is nothing you can do to stop it or reverse it, but be warned that pulling out the grey hairs will only lead to them growing back thicker and stronger.

The best thing that you can do is not worry about it. Getting upset over gray hairs will only lead to more gray hair. I remember that I found a single strand of gray hair in my head and one on my arm when I was younger, but that didn't mean that all of my hair would turn gray. The same could be true for you.

Contrary to what you might believe, getting grey hair has nothing to do with stress. It is a condition where the cells in the roots of the hair stop producing the pigmentation that gives you the color and unfortunately there is nothing you can do to prevent or end this.

So what is it that stops this pigmentation process. It must still have something to do with age, and stress could still be a factor in the process couldn't it?

Regardless of that, it is safe to say that there is nothing you can do to stop it. You will either have to use a hair dye, or accept that you have some grey.

If you wait and give it a few years, I'm sure some scientists and pharmaceutical companies will come up with a pill for that. If there's a treatment to grow your eyelashes, there'll be a treatment for gray hair.

I don't think you can get rid of your grey hair permanently. Oh by the way don't pluck it 5 more grey hairs will replace it. If you want a temporary solution to grey hairs just dye your hair to your normal hair color to blend it in.
