Do you think it is nice for a boy to have a nice short haircut? or do you like boys with longer hair?

My son had long hair- shoulder length. I finally talked him into cutting it and the hairstylist was trying to talk him out of it!! I was so mad! What do you think about this?

Personally I think boys look better with shorter hair.

I particularly like that 'just got out of bed' style where it looks presentably messy.

If a boy has curly hair, I love the longer-haired look. If it's straigth, I'd say keep it short. Of course, you should ask the boy's preference, too, and consider it (to some extent, LOL). Does your son like longer hair?

I myself like shorter hair on guys, but everyone has a different perspective. My mom always liked when guys had long hair.

I have two daughters, but if I had a son, I would definitely let his hair grow longer. I find them so cute with long hair. This is not to say that as they grow up they should keep long hair. I think any boy who has reached the age of 10 should be able the decide whether or not he should get a haircut or leave his hair long.

I think I like longer-haired look because I am into history and fantasy. You know, all those kings, lords, elves...

My sister-in-law had one of her young sons sport a mohawk... It didn't look too good on him. He himself didn't care.
